Time-optimal control of mechatronic systems: Limits of the fully determined case

In this talk, our current research on efficient algorithms for time-optimal control of mechatronic systems will be presented. Starting from a Feasible Sequential Linear Programming that achieves locally quadratic convergence in the case of a fully determined problem, this talk will focus on time-optimal control problems where the fully determined case does not hold and our approaches on how to still achieve fast convergence.
