Excursion to Wind Farm Hochenlochen between Hausach and Oberwolfach

Wind Farm Hohenlochen
There will be an excursion to a wind farm in Hochenlochen organized by Prof. Dr. Dirk Schindler (Faculty for Environment and Natural Resources, UNR) as part of another wind energy course, which is open to WES students from the faculty of engineering as well.
The key dates for the excursion are:
Departure by bus: 30.06.2025, 9:00 a.m., bus parking “Karlsplatz” (close to the bridge to Stadtgarten and the tram stop “Europaplatz”)
Destination: Hochenlochen wind farm,
On-site programme: Guided tour by badenova employees; a maintenance crew will also be on site on the day
Return to Freiburg: approx. 16:00-17:00 depending on traffic
Costs: none
Personal responsibility: food, drinks, all-terrain shoes, sun protection, etc.
When organising excursions, the UNR requires that Prof. Schindler collects the following information about the participants in advance
and sends it to the Dean of Studies Office (for insurance reasons):
